HealthMart Atlas has been unable to secure a 2025 commercial contract with Express Scripts leaving you and your patients with little to no guidance on how to proceed or what to expect. We have you covered.
Most states require 60 day patient notices. YOUR EXPRESS SCRIPTS PATIENTS WILL BE GETTING LETTERS STATING YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES.
The very last day to sign the ES1000/FEP/Vaccination Docusigns in order to ensure zero patient disruption
The last day you will be on HMA's ESI commercial contract
It's going to ok. Take a deep breath.
One is the ES1000. This is the main ESI commercial contract. The second is a vaccination addendum. The third is a performance network. The last one is Tri-Care. You will at minimum need the ES1000. You might want the second if you do vaccines. The performance network you can pass on as there aren't any patients on this network for 2025. You might think you want Tri-Care, but it's most likely not a good option.
Yep. It's ESI. But!!! The rates and terms are negotiable. And if your pharmacy is rural (10 miles from the nearest pharmacy) you can REALLY negotiate. Don't know how? We do and will do this on your behalf for you.
This is by design. PBMs and PSAOs count on it. We are going to walk you through what the ramifications might be and help you determine the best way forward for YOUR pharmacy. We are going to be transparent about the entire process and we are going to make sure you have the tools you need to monitor ESI's compliance with your contract. We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on patient care.
